We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, as the rooms were spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were great as well, with a wonderful monsoon shower in the bathroom. Moreover, the transport connection was perfect, with a subway station located a mere 5-10 minute walk away. Additionally, ordering a taxi to the international airport was very convenient and made travelling to the airport stress-free. Finally, the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Chris, who assisted us in contacting our tour operator and gave us many helpful tips about the city.

We suggest the hotel could benefit from providing English language training to its staff to assist all of its guests effectively.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel exudes luxury with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. The room is spacious and boasts exquisite private facilities. The restaurant serves delicious dishes with a wide range of options to choose from, and the lounge area is relaxing and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and always available to assist. Its central location made it very convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we experienced was the location of the hotel, which was a little challenging to find at first. However, it is easy to get used to, and the subway station is just a ten-minute walk away.
